In other news, Miley Cyrus got a new puppy and named him HAPPY. She said he was left inside a box outside of Walmart…What the heck is Miley Cyrus doing at Walmart?? Unless her yoga class is near there, I see no reason why she would shop there…just saying!

Good Thursday afternoon! Hope your day is going great! Well, last night I had to put the window a.c. unit in my room. Yup, I had been putting it off and putting it off but last night was just too hot! My room is on the second floor of the house and it just gets super hot up there so it was nice and cool last night for bed.
Time for a movie review: HAYWIRE with the super hot MMA Gina Corano. Well, it was suppose to be the female version on the “Jason Bourne” movies but not even close! I mean don’t get me wrong the story was good but not near the action that I thought and it was sort of slow. It gets points for having Gina in it because she’s super hot and kicks dudes butts, what more could you want!
Not much else is going on with me, just getting ready for the weekend.

Good Wednesday morning! It’s going to be a hot one today, high near 90! Can’t wait for summer! Well, the Bulls lost one last night…dang it! The 76ers went on a huge run in the 3rd quarter and that was it. Oh well, back to Philly for game #3!
Well today is the day! 12noon I get to do our final workout in the CrossFit Instinct Throwdown! All the way out to Centennial Park for an awesome WOD.

Good Tuesday evening! Hope your day has gone GREAT! It was a little wet this morning but it has turned out to be a beautiful day! I’ve got one thing on my mind right now and it’s CHICAGO BULLS!! Game #2 tonight vs. 76ers! We have NO D-ROSE But…BUT…we have one of the deepest benches in the game and they are going to step up and get another win! I can just feel it! Let’s GO BULLS!
Now let’s talk what else is on my mind: CrossFit Instinct Throwdown 2012!! I’m currently in 2nd place, only 1 point behind the man in first place. We have one more event tomorrow and we are meeting out at Centennial Park. We don’t know what we are doing but we have to ready for anything!! I’m going to lay it all on the line and see what happens!!

Good Monday afternoon! Hope you had a great weekend! Mine was a good one. Here’s the Recap.
Friday Night - I was at Lincoln Land Community College hosting the Battle Of The Bands! It was a great time! 6 great performances, free food and prizes! It went very well!
Saturday - Woke up early and hit up CrossFit Instinct for a morning WOD. Then I headed out to Wheel Fast Bicycle Co. in Chatham for a LIVE remote! What an amazing place! They have got the best brands of bikes, accessories, clothing and more all there! Go check them out! I then went home to watch the Chicago Bulls playoff game and that’s where it got bad….with just over 1 minute left in the game, Derrick Rose went down on his knee and actually tore his left ACL He’s DONE for the season and no Olympics That just totally put me in a bad mood. Bulls still have a chance! I’m keeping the faith and you should to!
Saturday Night - I went to church early in the evening then headed out for dinner with my g/f. We went to a local pizza place called Bernie and Betty’s and it was AWESOME!! GREAT pizza! Then went home and just relaxed with a movie. We watched “Texas Killing Fields” I would recommend it.
Sunday - This was my rest day! I got up early in the morning and went grocery shopping and then cooked my food for the week. I actually took a nap and just relaxed most of the day! It felt GREAT!

Good Thursday afternoon! What a great day outside and what a great day for local high school football! It was announced earlier today that Mr. Wes Lunt, from Rochester High School, will be the starting quarterback at Oklahoma St. University! AMAZING! GOOD LUCK WES!!
In other sporting news, the BULLS won last night and they wrap up the season tonight. They will have the #1 seed in the playoffs! GO BULLS!
Not much else is really going on. I’m inside at work on this beautiful day and want to be outside but I’m not.

Good Wednesday morning! Happy Hump Day to you! It’s a very nice day outside today, so nice that I decided to let Divot out for the whole day! He will be exhausted when I get home tonight!
Let’s talk sports real quick. BULLS play tonight and they can claim the #1 spot in the eastern conference! GO BULLS!! Hopefully D-Rose will be ready for the playoffs!! In other sports news, let talk about how my CARDINALS have lost 2 games to the Cubs. I think it’s funny that last night when the Cubs won, they celebrated more than the Cardinals did after they won the World Series! It’s a regular season game! WOW! I guess you have to enjoy the little wins since you won’t get any in the post season GO CARDINALS!!

Good Tuesday afternoon! Hope your day is going well! It’s very nice out again! Looked like it might rain when I went home to let Divot out but still very nice. Not really too much going on with me today. I went to work at Gold’s Gym this morning like I do every Tuesday and then I hit up CrossFit Instinct at 12 noon and I did “Annie” and did her real fast!
On a sports note, the CARDINALS lost one to the Cubs last night…gggrrr…it’s ok, we can’t win them all. I just hate losing in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and a guy hits a walk-off single…NOT COOL!! Then I have to listen to Cubs fans (just my Uncle Jim) talk about how the Cubs are awesome and this is their year…hahahaha!! Nice!
Well, I’ll just get back to work now and talk to you at 6 o’clock!

Good Monday afternoon to you! Hope your Monday is going well! It’s a nice day outside, a little windy but can’t complain! Did you have a good weekend? Mine was good but also went by fast again. Here’s my recap.
Saturday - LIVE remote at Knight’s Action Park for Scheel’s Golf Demo Day! It was awesome! Great weather and lots of people. I got to hit some balls with some great new clubs! It was awesome! After the remote I headed over to CrossFit Instinct for a workout! Then I headed home and took a nap because I knew I was going to watch the UFC fights and didn’t want to be tired. Then church, hang out, and off to HOOTERS for the UFC Fights. I don’t watch UFC enough to know who all the guys are but I did want to see the main even which was Jon “Bones” Jones vs. Rashad Evans! Jon “Bones” Jones with the win in 5 rounds!! It was awesome!
Sunday was just a chill and relax day. I did my grocery shopping and worked on my music then went to see the movie “Cabin In The Woods.” It was very weird. It wasn’t your typical scary movie out in the woods. I would recommend going to see it.
And that is that. That was my whole weekend in a nutshell. Hope yours was just as dandy.
